As a member of TLC you will receive a full introduction to the 30 minute workout and a personal consultation. An individual programme will be devised for you by a fully qualified instructor and a review of this programme will take place every 8 - 10 weeks to measure your progress. We will also monitor your heart rate and blood pressure to ensure that your fitness is improving as well as your figure. The circuit system means that you never have to wait for equipment. This, coupled with the appointment system that allows you (if you wish) to book a specific time slot means that your total workout time never exceeds 30 minutes and can fit into any lifestyle. It is proven that when exercise is performed little and often it provides the best results. All exercises are performed in one room with similar ladies all working together to reach similar yet personal goals using a variety of equipment.
