The Circuit

TLC - The Ladies Club is a fun and friendly approach to exercise. The circuit is a unique mixture of cardio-vascular, resistance, calisthenics and stretch which will tone, firm, strengthen, help reduce excess body fat and shape your body, improve your mobility and your fitness levels. Following your personal consultation you will receive your own individual programme that has been designed with you in mind. You begin your 30 minute programme with your cardio-vascular warm-up exercise. At this stage we monitor you to ensure that you reach your ideal training heart rate.

Resistance exercise is the best way to tone and firm your body. TLC has 6 resistance machines on the circuit.  This beautiful air resistance equipment makes for a more efficient workout which maximises your results.

Calisthenics is an important part of your workout programme, these special exercises focus on specific areas.  Whether it is your tummy, hips, waist, thighs or another body part you want to focus on, your instructor will advise the best calisthenics exercise for you.

The final stage of your programme is the cool-down station, designed to stretch out your muscles to reduce the risk of aches and pains, improve flexibility and posture.
