Here at TLC we are introducing an exciting new opportunity to get fit and burn a few more unwanted calories ?
Our Beginners Class is a gentle stroll for less active ladies and only takes about 20 minutes.
Our Intermediate Class is a power walk to increase cardio functions, stamina and weight loss.
